In Bushenyi District, Mr. Byanyima Faustino led an insightful dissemination workshop focused on the role of financial literacy and financial product utilization among youth and women in South West Uganda. The event aimed to share key findings from recent research on how financial literacy influences the adoption of financial services in the region. Mr. Faustino highlighted the importance of understanding financial concepts such as saving, budgeting, and investing, and discussed the challenges and opportunities in improving access to financial products like mobile money, savings accounts, and loans. The session also emphasized the need for targeted financial education programs to empower youth and women, fostering economic independence and financial inclusion in the district.
