Kabale University convened its General Staff Meeting, bringing together academic, administrative, and support staff to review the University’s progress, discuss strategic priorities, and strengthen institutional collaboration.
The meeting provided a platform for Management to engage staff on key developments, ongoing initiatives, and the implementation of the University’s strategic objectives. Discussions focused on enhancing service delivery, promoting academic excellence, strengthening governance, improving communication, and fostering a collaborative work environment in line with the University’s mission and strategic direction.
Staff were encouraged to uphold professionalism, accountability, innovation, and teamwork as the University continues to position itself as a hub of choice for inclusive education, research, innovation, and community engagement.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment from staff to work collectively towards achieving Kabale University’s vision of sustainable growth and excellence in higher education.
