Kabale University was honoured to welcome H.E. Virginie Leroy, Ambassador of France to Uganda, during her visit to the University in October 2026.

The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen diplomatic engagement, foster institutional relationships and highlight Kabale University’s commitment to international cooperation in higher education, research, innovation and academic development.

The Ambassador’s presence also coincided with the University’s 11th Graduation Ceremony, held on Friday, 30th October 2026, a historic occasion marking ten years since Kabale University’s transition to a Public University.

Her participation reflected the importance of international partnerships in advancing academic excellence, knowledge exchange and sustainable institutional development.
