Students from the Kabale University School of Medicine today participated in the Recess League. The league, organized by themselves together with Marvin Kaija – a 4th-year student, provides an opportunity for students to showcase their sporting talents and engage in friendly competition.
The teams that got to the semi-finals are Team Maniple, Team Tumwiine, Team Sadick, and Team Mukenya.Agarukamu Mackline, the GRC KABSOM member who also serves as the Health and Environment Minister, explained that the league was named after their lecturers in a lighthearted manner to add an element of fun and encourage their involvement.
According to Mackline, it is only team Mugarura that did not qualify to the semi-finals.
