The purpose of this training program at Kabale University was to provide staff with essential skills and knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM). The participants learned how to interact with the platform/system according to best practices. The participants received training in a variety of topics, including goal setting, employee development, performance management, and workforce optimization. The session prepared the staff to enhance their roles, contribute to a positive work environment, and contribute to the university’s mission. Through the training, Kabale University’s staff who  participated were empowered to manage its performance more effectively.
