The Directorate of Research and Grants organized a Workshop on Grants Management and Administration at KABSOM Hostel Hall, Makanga, which covered critical topics such as the grant management cycle, the role of grants offices, grants and contracts, the grant management process, fraud and risk mitigation in grant management, and project close-out. Participants gained insights into efficient grant administration practices and cultivated a culture of compliance and ethical oversight. The workshop took place on October 24th, 2023, providing an excellent opportunity for attendees to enhance their grant management skills. It was an enriching event not to be missed!
