The Kabale University Faculty of Law (KAB_LAW) has today attended a sitting in the Kabale circuit of the Court of Appeal. This not only exposed the students to the practical activities of the Court of Appeal but also gave them a chance to appreciate the proceedings of the court, which is the second in hierarchy in the country. The three Justices of the Court of Appeal who presided over the sitting included His Lordship Fredrick Egonda Ntende, Justice Oscar John Kihika, and Justice Byaruhanga Jesse Rugyema. Such sessions expose the students to the fundamental issues regarding the practice of law.
