The Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences at Kabale University proudly celebrates the successful PhD Viva Voce defence of Ms. Nyesigire Jolly Kakkayi. During the examination, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis titled “Talent Management Practices and Employee Performance in Selected Public Universities in Uganda,” a study that explores how effective talent management practices influence employee performance within public universities.
