Kabale University senior academic staff have commenced a three day mentorship training at the Civil Service College in Jinja. The programme is designed to strengthen coaching, mentoring and leadership competencies, enhance research and career development support for junior staff and contribute to the development of a structured staff mentorship programme that will promote academic excellence across the University.
