The Office of the University Secretary organized a week-long training for Administrative staff at Civil Service College -Jinja.
The training is aimed is at enhancing individual appreciation of the roles and responsibilities that enlist talent, a shared vision and a results-based performance culture.
This training will provide the opportunity for the participants to identify the requisites for a results-based performance culture for transformative service delivery.
