Kabale University hosted a regional stakeholder engagement on Uganda’s National Emerging Technologies Strategy at the Kabale Regional ICT Innovation Hub on 19th March 2026. The event brought together representatives from government, academia, private sector, health, agriculture and innovation ecosystems to contribute insights toward shaping the country’s digital future. Participants engaged in interactive discussions on artificial intelligence, data governance, digital infrastructure, and innovation, highlighting Kabale University’s role in advancing research, collaboration and national ICT policy development.
